Description

The Public Service Commission of Canada (PSC) requires the professional services of various skilled resources in the areas of user experience (UX) design, information architecture (IA), and business process re-engineering to support planned and future modernization initiatives. The resources will help the PSC design its User Interface (UI) such that allows hiring managers to adopt the new staffing policy in their hiring practices. PSC will standardize tasks across all of its recruitment offerings, via the UI. The UI needs to be mobile enabled. Policy revisions will not and cannot address FSWEP and SLE whereas UI can.

This contract work supports the development of the User Experience Centre of Expertise (UX-CoE) by further enabling the PSC to understand how users interact with its online services in support of continuous improvement and modernization.
