The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.

Description of the Requirement:
The contracted firm will be responsible for identifying, mobilizing and managing appropriate professional services in response to the Directorate’s declared short-term advisory support and/or technical assistance needs in relation to DIAND’s Elementary and Secondary Education and Post-Secondary Education programs.
The Strategic Policy and Planning Directorate’s forecasted needs for advisory support and/or technical assistance over the next 24-36 months will generally (but not limited to) be in the following areas of investigation and analysis:
- The methodologies and funding formulas used by Canadian provinces in support of elementary and secondary education.
- The organizational structures, governance models and management and administration best practices of school boards/divisions across Canada, especially those that serve rural or remote communities.
- Innovative practices for Aboriginal academic success at on-reserve and provincially-managed elementary and secondary schools in Canada.
Innovative practices for Aboriginal academic success and labour market outcomes at Canadian post-secondary institutions
