    This requirement is for the department of: Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC)

    This requirement is for theBusiness Consulting / Change Management Stream

    ESDC requires the services of a third-party expert (Contractor) to undertake a program integrity review of activities related to the administration of the Employment Insurance (EI) program within Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) with a final report provided no later than October 31, 2016..

    The report is to:

    • Summarize the findings of the Review conducted by the third party expert that includes an assessment of the allocation of funding across EI administration activities, the appropriateness of the allocation, whether there are opportunities to reallocate funding, and if alternate sources of funds should be considered;
    • Inform future exploration of optimal funding approaches for volume-driven EI service delivery; and
    • Identify funding implications of potential adjustments to EI service delivery approaches and standards within the context of other Government of Canada service quality initiatives.
