    This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada – CORCAN

    Trade agreement: Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), World Trade Organisation-Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA)/Canada-Peru, Canada-Colombia and/or Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreements.

    Nature of Requirements:

    The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

    The Correctional Service Canada - CORCAN has a requirement for skilled, experienced installers to store and install CORCAN furniture and other manufactured products on Vancouver Island and the Greater Vancouver Area for various Government Departments on an as needed basis.

    Objectives:

    To provide warehouse storage, dismantling of existing office systems, delivery, assembly and Installation of new CORCAN office systems, (free standing furniture, and other product types), dismantling and reconfiguration of existing office systems, warranty claim services, and repair and/or refinish damaged CORCAN furniture.

    Deliverables:

    The Contractor shall provide:

    1) Signed packing slips and detailed deficiency lists for all goods delivered.

    2) Signed final Customer acceptance form with invoice to CORCAN.

    3) Written progress reports to the Technical Authority, which includes all on-site issues or concerns (required for all installations), as requested.

    4) The contractor must complete a post-installation report which must accompany the invoice submitted for payment.

    Expected Delivery Date:

    Contract Period is 01-Sep-2016 to 30-Aug-2017, with two (2) additional one year options to renew.

Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within fifteen (15) working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
