Defence Construction Canada (DCC) – Request for Abbreviated Proposals (RFAP) for Consultant Services for an Architectural Source List and an Engineering Source List for Bagotville (Québec)
In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and professional association(s) in the province of Québec, DCC is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from consulting firms to provide Architectural and Engineering Services under a Source List, on an “as and when requested basis”, in response to specific tasks required by the Department of National Defence (DND).
The objective of this RFAP is to select two (2) Consultant firms who will be placed on the Architectural Source List and two (2) Consultant firms who will be placed on the Engineering Source List for Bagotville (QC) to provide services on an “as and when required” basis to a maximum estimated value of $550,000.00 for the architectural source list and a maximum estimated value of $350,000 for the engineering source list for a period of one (1) year each from the date of establishment of the Source List.
If mutually agreed between the Consultant(s) and DCC each Source Lists may be extended for four (4) additional one-year periods and increased for each additional period in the order of $550,000.00 for the architectural source list and increased in the order of $350,000 for the engineering source list.
The maximum value of each Commission will mainly be between $20,000 and $75,000 and the maximum value of a call-up is in the order of $350,000.
Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the RFAP document. The technical criteria relate to achievements and experience, technical and managerial expertise. The two (2) highest ranking firms for the Engineering Source List and the two (2) highest ranking firms for the Architectural Source List will be selected through the evaluation process, including a factor for the price element, will be invited to be included in the source list.
This opportunity follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.
