The Royal Canadian Mounted Police has a requirement for Repair and Maintenance Inspection of nine (9) Communication Towers in Newfoundland.

NATURE OF THE REQUIREMENT:
The Royal Canadian Mounted Police has a requirement for Repair and Maintenance Inspection of nine (9) Communication Towers in Newfoundland;
Maintenance Inspection of two (2) Communication Towers; and Removal of five (5) Communication Towers located in Saskatchewan;Flower’s Cove Detachment, Fogo Island Detachment, Forteau Detachment, Gull Lake, Logy Bay Repeater, Marystown Repeater, Mt. Pleasant Repeater, Pinetree Repeater, Trepassey Detachment.
Bidders must be able to provide the required services for all nine (9) sites as detailed in the Request for Proposal document (Annex A).
This requirement is open only to those invited Supply Arrangement Holders under supply arrangement 201304568/B/XX qualified under stream 2: Repair and Maintenance, and the Atlantic Region of Qualification.

EVALUATION PROCEDURE: Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation. An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids.
BASIS OF SELECTION: To be declared responsive, a bid must comply with all the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all the mandatory technical criteria. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price, will be recommended for contract award.
DEBRIEFINGS: Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation process. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days of receipt of the results of the bid solicitation process. The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
PROPOSED PERIOD OF CONTRACT: Work must be completed by March 7, 2017
