Military Police Complaint Commission Investigation Services

Military Police Complaint Commission (MPCC) – Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) for Investigation Services.

The objective of this RFSO is to award up to two (2) contracts to carry out investigative work related to the Public Interest Investigation (PII) complaint - Public Interest Investigation into Anonymous Complaint (Treatment of Detainees) as well as for ad-hoc Investigation Services.

The investigation services will be required for (1) Lead Investigator and (1) Supporting Investigator.

The period of the Contract is from Contract award to March 31, 2018.

The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the terms of the Contract by up to three (3) additional 1 (one) year periods, from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019, from April 1, 2019 to March 31, 2020 and from April 1, 2020 to March 31, 2021 under the same conditions. The Contractor agrees that, during the extended period of the Contract, it will be paid in accordance with the applicable provisions as set out in the Basis of Payment.

The exact level of effort for the Public Interest Investigation is not known and will be determined as the Investigation unfolds. It could range from 65 to 276 days.
