Tendering Procedure: Selective Tendering – Aboriginal Suppliers Only

This procurement has been set aside under the federal government's Set-aside Program for Aboriginal Business (SPAB). In order to be considered, firms must certify that they qualify as an Aboriginal business as defined in the SPAB and that they will comply with all requirements of the SPAB.

This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the National Capital Region for the following category:

Description of Work:

IT professional services are required for a period of one year from date of contract with one option to extend for one additional year. Services will be required in the following resource category:

• Risk Management Specialist, level 3, 1 Resources

The objective of the contract is to assist the Commercial Transformation division in conducting risk assessments, identifying project risks and recommending alternative solutions, methodologies and strategies for risk mitigation and management relating to the PIP/C-TPAT Harmonization project as well as other Trusted Trader projects including Trusted Trader Portal and FAST EXPANSION.

• Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories

• The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
