4. Real Property Project Management Services Stream
4.3 Project Leader for Real Property; and
4.5 Financial/Cost Specialist for Real Property

Description of the Requirement:
The National Portfolio Management (NPM) sector at the Real Property Branch (RPB) of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) has a requirement for professional advisory services, on an as and when requested basis, for assistance in the development and review of real property investments, portfolio strategies and direction on major projects.
The Contractor must, on an as and when requested basis, prepare Investment Analysis Reports (IAR) and Treasury Board Business Case submissions or review, challenge and propose amendments where necessary to IARs and Treasury Board (TB) Business Case submissions drafted by various RPB business sector organizations. These IARs and TB Business Case submissions will be prepared on a number of potential projects received at the NPM.
