Description
The Planning and Reporting Unit within Western Economic Diversification is seeking Professional Services to conduct an impact study of WD investments in clean technology, key-informant interviews, surveys and focus groups as defined by the tasks listed in Annex “A” Statement of Work.
The Planning and Reporting Unit within WD is looking to retain the services of one successful bidder to provide a resource or a team to offer expertise and advice to conduct the impact study of WD investments in clean technology.
The Contractor must provide the following services, but are not limited to the following:
Task 1: Develop a comprehensive Work Plan and Schedule
Task 2: Conduct Key Informant Interviews
Task 3: Conduct Client Surveys
Task 4: Conduct Focus Groups
Task 5: Conduct Impact Study of WD Investments in Clean Technology
Task 6: Presentation of Findings
Task 7: Administrative Tasks
