This requirement is for: The Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZN-15TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category:
- Four (4) Organizational and Classification Consultants – Senior

- Nisha Technologies Inc.
- Orbis Risk Consulting Inc.
- Orbis Risk Consulting Inc., Okwaho Management Resources inc., in Joint Venture
Description of the Requirement:
The Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, has a requirement for four (4) Organizational and Classification Consultants – Senior for up to four (4) contract until March 31, 2019, plus two (2) year option.
The Contractor shall (but not limited to):
- Conduct all phases of organizational design studies including, needs identification analysis, diagnosis, development of organizational options, implementation and evaluation as well as develop related reports and action plans;
- Analyze current and end state, developing options and recommending new organizational structures (could include costing);
- Discuss with management in order to clearly define the activities and responsibilities of a specific function and/or organization, and provide options;
- Reviewing current Executive work descriptions and recommending appropriate changes;
- Writing new or revised Executive work descriptions as per TBS Guidelines on Writing EX Work Descriptions;
- Writing evaluations (rationales) using benchmarks and relativity comparisons
- Researching and preparing classification relativity studies;
- Reviewing, evaluating, new or revised work descriptions;
- Leading organization and classification projects following project management principles;
- Participate in or chair Executive Classification Committees, as required, and prepare supporting documentation such as Rationales;
- Participate in meetings with Assistant Deputy Ministers (ADM), Director Generals, Directors, Executive Group Services, Central Agency, and other stakeholders, as required.

This procurement is set aside under the federal government's Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business.
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort of the contract is 75 days per resources.
