Description of Work:
The Canadian Space Agency (CSA) requires a contract for expertise in Oracle APEX technology. The contract will allow CSA to support APEX needs in order to maintain existing applications by carrying out change requests as well as to develop new systems.
The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource
