This requirement is open only to those TBIPS Supply Arrangement Holders (EN578-055605/G) who qualified under Tier 1 for services in the Montreal Metropolitan Region for the following category:
B.10 : Two (2) Level 1 help desk specialist

Description of Work:
The Technology, Information, Security and Administration General Directorate of Canada Economic Development (CED) requires the services of a contractor to provide help desk support for its users at head office as well as remote support for regional users. The contractor shall provide two (2) Help Desk Resources, who will offer Level 1 support at all time during the term of the contract.
Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories.
The work is currently being performed by Cofomo under a contract.
Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #06 applies
Minimum Corporate Security Required: Designated Organization Screening (DOS)
