    DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – #HQ000712– Infrastructure Upgrade, Transportation Electrical and Mechanical Engineering (TEME), 3 Wing Bagotville (Québec)

    The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the infrastructure upgrade of the transportation electrical and mechanical engineering at 3 Wing Bagotville. The work includes but may not be limited to the construction of two (2) new buildings including repair workshops, storage area, administrative area, service areas, demolition of buildings, exterior landscaping and parking areas as well as all associated services required for the good functioning of buildings.

    The estimated cost for this opportunity is in the order of $49,000,000.00

    Tenderers are advised that bid and contract security is required when the advertised budget (estimated cost for this opportunity) is greater than $100,000. Refer to the Instructions to Tenderers (Form DCL193), paragraph 5.

    This procurement follows tendering procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA.

    The selected contractor will be required to hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS) during the performance of the Contract, issued by the Canadian Industrial Security Directorate (CISD), Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC). Details concerning the Security Requirements for this project are identified in the Tender Documents.
