Description of Work:
DFATD requires the services of resources with extensive SIEBEL experience on an " as-and-when-required" basis to deliver services under the direction of the Deputy Director, Contact Management and Trade Systems (SIAB) in order to provide design, development, configuration and testing services, related to project/systems on the Oracle Siebel platform, namely:
the EICS II project;
EICS II application support, maintenance and enhancements (post-project);
TRIO 2 application support, maintenance and enhancements;
Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories
The work is currently being performed partially by CGI Information Systems and Management Consultants Inc. under contract (value $26,850,758.23, which includes several other services) and it is performed also by Maplesoft Consulting Inc. under two contracts (value of $1,273,528.00 and value of $1, 767,280.00)
