Description
In order to develop the required Ministerial Panel Report, MPMO-W seeks to retain the services of an expert writer. The primary objective is to utilize the writer’s skills to review information received from the public and Indigenous communities, and develop a comprehensive report outlining key outstanding issues from the public’s perspective with respect to the pipeline and shipping route.
The Panel’s report, along with the NEB’s recommendations report, Environment and Climate Change Canada’s assessment of upstream greenhouse gas emissions, and the Crown Consultation Report, will help inform the Government’s decision on the project in December 2016.
