    Description

    Environment Canada has a requirement for a Consultant to assess the current state of nearshore waters in Lake Erie (from Long Point to the head of the Niagara River) using existing available data and information and develop methods to communicate the results, as detailed in the Statement of Work, Annex B to the bid solicitation. The work includes but is not limited to facilitating a comprehensive assessment and developing methods to communicate the results to jurisdictions and the public.

    The period of the contract is from Contract Award March 31, 2017, with the option to extend the contract for two additional one year periods, up to March 31 2019.

    For services requirements, bidders in receipt of a pension or a lump sum payment must provide the required information as detailed in article 3 of Part 2 of the bid solicitation.

    The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization – Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).

    There are no security requirements associated with this requirement.
