Canada is seeking to establish a contract for Project Monitor/Foreman for construction, Intermediate Level as defined in Annex "A", Statement of Work for one year from the award of the contract with one option year at the David Florida Laboratory (DFL) in Ottawa of the Canadian Space Agency (CSA).

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZN-15TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following category:

  • Project Management Services Stream
  • 3.9 Project Monitor, Intermediate Level, Region Capital National (RCN)
