This requirement is for: The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP)
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZN-15TSPS who qualified under Tier 1 for the following stream: Human Resources Services Stream, 1.8 Staffing Consultant

Description of the Requirement:
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of The Royal Canadian Mounted Police [the “Client”] for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) requires a Professional Services contract for one (1) Senior and one (1) Junior human resource staffing consultant to assist management with the coordination of staffing processes and human resources requirements. It is intended to result in the award of 1 contract for one (1) year, plus two (2) one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
Level of Security Requirement:
Special comments: RCMP Reliability Security Clearances are required
Applicable Trade Agreements:
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Colombia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA).
Estimated Level of Effort:
The estimated level of effort for the senior human resource consultant will be 450 hours and the junior human resource consultant will be 1000 hours.
