NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROCUREMENT
The Department of National Defence has a requirement for the supply of quantity two (2) extended black body sources that meet the specifications outlined in the RFP document.
Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid.
Nature of Requirement:
The Canadian Forces Electronic Warfare Centre (CFEWC) Signature Collections and Management (SC&M) department has the responsibility to collect calibrated infrared (IR) imagery for the purpose of determining the vulnerabilities of the platform under testing in the IR spectrum. To ensure that the infrared imagers are well-calibrated, extended area blackbody sources are required.
Delivery Date: no later than 31 January 2017
Competitive Procurement Strategy: A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.
Security Requirements: This contract does not include security requirements.
