    Institutional Master Plans

    This requirement is for: The Correctional Service of Canada (CSC) – National in scope.

    Trade agreement: World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Canada – Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Canada – Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada Colombia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada – Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA), if it is in force.

    Tendering procedures: All interested suppliers may submit a bid.

    Competitive Procurement Strategy: compliant bid with the highest combined score of technical merit and price.

    Set-aside under the Procurement Strategy for Aboriginal Business: This procurement is not subject to any set-asides for Aboriginal Suppliers.

    Comprehensive Land Claim Agreement: This procurement is not subject to a Comprehensive Land Claims Agreement.

    Security Requirements: This contract includes security requirements.

    Nature of Requirements:

    The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.

    The Correctional Service Canada (CSC) has a requirement to develop Master Plans, as part of future planning, for all Federal correctional institutions. The Master Plan must provide the rationale for future facility requirements, resulting in optimal long term operations of the institution.

    Objectives: to prepare individual Institutional Master Plans for the following CSC institutions:

    ·Archambault Institution, Sainte-Anne-des-Plaines, QC

    ·Dorchester Penitentiary, Dorchester, NB

    ·Millhaven Institution, Bath, ON

    ·Regional Psychiatric Centre, Saskatoon, SK

    ·Saskatchewan Penitentiary, Prince Albert, SK

    Deliverables: All final documents must be submitted in electronic formats and hard copies. Electronic formats are to be both .pdf format and workable versions, (such as Word, Excel, AutoCAD etc.) complete with photos used to prepare the document.

The debriefing may be in writing, by telephone or in person.
