Description of Work:
The Information Management and Technology Bureau (SID) requires the professional services of Four (4) Senior Courseware developers (Level 3) in support of managing varied IM/IT initiatives & projects, more specifically:
• Perform training activities as requested such as assess training needs, design and develop course materials, deliver course material, assess effectiveness of the course material and coach users in support of the Export and Import Control System II (EICS II) which is a replacement system for EICS and EXCOL, two mission critical computer systems required to support the implementation and management of the Department’s responsibilities under the Export and Import Permits Act (EIPA) as well as other subsequent project.
• The primary reason the Department is contracting out for this service is due to the insufficient capacity and availability of expert-level in-house resources.
