Defence Construction Canada – Request for Abbreviated Proposals for Architectural and Engineering Consulting Services: VR213429, Major maintenance of the stone walls and infrastructures, Citadelle de Québec (Québec)

In accordance with the rules, regulations, statutes, guidelines and the professional associations of the provinces where the project will be carried out, Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for Abbreviated Proposals from architectural / engineering consulting firms to provide, but not limited, to the following services:

1. Visit of the Infrastructures;
2. Research, studies, surveys, data collection, verification, document consultation, site analysis;
3. Land surveying;
4. Presentation to the DND Project Manager;
5. Cost estimate for work;
6. Schedule for the delivery of the construction work;
7. Report for the Federal Heritage Buildings Review Office (BEÉFP);
8. Options analysis
9. Plans et specifications;

Information provided by the Proponents will be evaluated using the established criteria in the Request for Abbreviated Proposals. The criteria relate to previous achievements and experience, as well as technical and managerial expertise. The objective of this Request for Abbreviated Proposals is to select the proponent with the highest total score.

This opportunity follows procurement procedures in accordance with Chapter 10 of NAFTA

The estimated construction cost of this project is in the order of magnitude of $12,800,000.
