TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement
This requirement is for: Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development Canada
This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZN-15TSPS who qualified under “Tier 1” (= $0 - $2M) for the following category(ies): Evaluation Services Consultant
This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency(CanNor) the “Client” for the provision of Task and Solutions Professional Services. CanNor requires the services of an Evaluation Services Consultant to assess the implementation of CanNor’s harmonized AED programs and to ensure compliance with Treasury Board Policy on Results and Directive on Results (2016). It is intended to resulting in the award of one contract.

Description of the Requirement: The Department of Indian Affairs and Northern Development Canada on behalf of Canadian Northern Economic Development Agency, requires an Evaluation Services Consultant to assess the implementation of CanNor’s harmonized AED programs and to ensure compliance with Treasury Board Policy on Results and Directive on Results (2016).

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA).
Proposed period of contract:
The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award to March 24, 2017.
Estimated Level of Effort: The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 180 days.
