Description of the Requirement:

A quality assurance specialist is sought to assess the FII program management framework, its components, as well as the governance, financial, human resources, procurement, and project management practices at both the national level, the local/regional levels and update the program management framework, and develop and implement a quality assurance framework as well. The goal here will be to identify areas that require improvement, and provide options, processes, methods or solutions to resolve any missing areas or practices and prepare the program for upcoming internal and external evaluations and audits.
