201704428 – Construction-Two Modular Buildings, Supply and Install-Ottawa
Requirement
Supply and Install two new modular buildings c/w connecting link to existing modular and all related components as per supplied Architectural/Mechanical/Electrical Tender Drawings.
NOTE: Buildings must be constructed to meet Canadian (local) Ottawa Climate Requirements
Work is to be completed by February 10th, 2017.
MANDATORY SITE VISIT: A Mandatory Site Visit will be held on November 2, 2016 at 9:30 am at RCMP TPOF – 1426 St-Joseph Blvd Ottawa, On.

INQUIRIES: All enquiries of a technical nature and all questions of a contractual nature, are to be submitted to the Contracting Authority: Penny Maillard, by email only at penny.maillard@rcmp-grc.gc.ca .
Inquiries are to be made in writing and should be received not less than ten (10) calendar days prior to the closing date to allow sufficient time to respond.
Pursuant to GC6 of the General Conditions, the resulting Contract will include the provisions for changes in the Work at the request of the Engineer.
