Title: Implementation of the Communication and Education Strategy for the CoastSmart program: Developing an Ocean Safety Culture in Canada” – Pacific Rim Region, BC
Requirement:
To provide services and collaborate with project partners, stakeholders and other resources to implement the CoastSmart communication and education strategy for coastal recreational areas in the Districts of Tofino and Ucluelet, and the Long Beach Unit of the Pacific Rim National Park Reserve. Through to March 2017, the CoastSmart project will create and trial the tools to increase awareness of coastal hazards, specifically related to near-shore and surf sport activities. This implementation project ends March 31, 2017.

All enquiries of a technical and contractual nature must be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority as early as possible within the solicitation period.
Enquiries should be received no later than fifteen (15) calendar days prior to the date set for solicitation closing to allow sufficient time to provide a response. Enquiries received after that time may not be answered.

National Parks Regulations require that all work is to be performed in accordance with the ordinances, laws, rules and regulations set out in the National Park Act.

Addenda, when issued, will be available from the Government of Canada tendering service. Bidders that elect to base their bids on documents obtained from other sources do so at their own risk. Late submissions will not be considered.
The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), and the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT).
This Parks Canada office provides procurement services to the public in English.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
