    Requirement

    The Royal Canadian Mounted Police requires the services of a Senior Instructional Designer, Learning Services Supply Arrangement, to evaluate, develop and deliver training material for the GCDOCS application.

    Some of the Mandatory Requirements are:

    1) The proposed resource must have an undergraduate university degree with a Major in one of the following fields: Education; Adult Learning; Distance Learning; eLearning.

    2) The proposed resource must have a minimum of seven (7) years demonstrated experience within the last fifteen (15) years in instructional design.

    3) The proposed resource must have a minimum of seven (7) years demonstrated experience within the last fifteen (15) years developing a combination of at least three of the following: course content; in-class and/or eLearning training exercises; trainer outlines for in-class training; course evaluations; training guides.

    4) The proposed resource must have a minimum of seven (7) years demonstrated experience within the last fifteen (15) years evaluating the effectiveness of instructional materials through various methods such as questionnaires and feedback discussions with business clients.

    5) The proposed resource must have a minimum of two (2) years of demonstrated experience in the instructional design of eLearning (computer based training) product(s).

    The period of the contract is for one year with two additional one year periods.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
