Description
Nature of Requirement: Provide general labor and ground transportation services in the National Capital Region (NCR) and across the country.
The Privy Council Office (PCO), Tour Services is responsible for supporting the Prime Minister’s Office (PMO) for all events both in the National Capital Region (NCR) and across the country.
The objective of this solicitation is to obtain the services of a contractor able to provide, wrapping, packaging, pick-up, ground transportation and delivery of communication sound, lighting and staging equipment across Canada on an “as and when” required basis.
This requirement is subject to the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT)

Competitive Procurement Strategy: Lowest/Lower Bid
The Responsive Bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract. One contract will be awarded as a result of this solicitation.
There is a security requirement associated with this requirement.
The Crown reserves the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
