DOORS AND WINDOWS; MAINTENANCE, REPAIR AND/OR REPLACEMENT SERVICES FOR THE NCC IN OTTAWA ON, GATINEAU QC

The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) for a period of three years from the date of award for the services of a contractor on an “as and when requested” basis for miscellaneous installation and maintenance of doors and windows both interior and exterior including locksmithing and service calls in the National Capital Region (Quebec and Ontario lands). The goal of this project is to accomplish minor repairs and replacement work on individual projects such as replacement or repair of doors, windows, screens, and hardware including handles and locks as well as general service calls and emergency response calls on pre-arranged hourly rate for equipment and crews.

More than one Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) may be awarded as a result of this request for proposals. The resulting SOA(s) will be for a period of three (3) years from date of award.

To be considered, your tender must be received no later than 3 p.m. Ottawa time on December 7, 2016 at the National Capital Commission, 2nd Floor Security Centre, 40 Elgin Street in Ottawa, Canada, K1P 1C7, with a reference to tender file #NR74. All enquiries and other communications related to this proposal sent throughout the solicitation period are to be directed ONLY to the Senior Contract Officer named above. Non-compliance with this requirement during the solicitation period can, for that reason alone, result in disqualification of a proposal.

Note that amounts quoted in this RFP are in Canadian dollars. Payment is net is 30 days.
