Nature of Requirements: Electrician Services
Work under this Standing Offer will involve, but not be limited to, providing labour, equipment, supervision and materials for the services of an electrician at the RCMP Academy, Depot Division, Regina, Saskatchewan as requested by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) in the form of call ups. Services are to be provided on an “as required basis”. It is anticipated that one firm will be issued a Standing Offer. The Standing Offer will be issued for a period of three (3) years with the option to extend the term of the Standing Offer for one (1) additional one (1) year option period. The total estimated expenditures for the first year is $100,000.00 excluding GST/HST.

Security Requirement:
There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.
Evaluation Procedures:
Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation including the financial criteria. An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids.
Basis of Selection:
A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of a contract.
The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
RCMP has adopted the Integrity Regime administered by PWGSC. As a result, the integrity provisions are being applied in RCMP contracting activities as outlined in this solicitation.
