For information purposes, Phase 1 will involve Hydro-Québec cutting down 10 of the 25 trees (6 poplar and 4 ash) because they are located within a 3-metre radius of power lines and are therefore the company’s responsibility. Full-service removal, i.e. tree cutting and chipping, is required for 15 trees (10 poplar, 2 ash and 3 white spruce), all located at 1468 Saint-Cyrille Street, Normandin, Quebec. An optional

Phase 2 must be considered in the contract. This work will likely be performed between April 1, 2017, and March 31, 2018. Hydro-Québec will cut down 13 trees (8 poplar and 5 ash), also located at 1468 Saint-Cyrille Street, Normandin, Quebec. The work will consist of chipping the felled trees.

It is recommended that Firms intending to submit a proposal for this project visit the work site. A site visit will be held on January 11, 2017 at 1:30 PM local time at the Normandin Research Farm, located at 1468 Saint-Cyrille Street, Normandin, Quebec, G8M 4K3. Participants to the visit will be requested to sign an attendance form. Participants shall present themselves ten minutes before the visit scheduled start time.
