Description of Work:

The ITS Division of the Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions has a requirement for the provision of professional services, on an “as and when requested” basis, in the National Capital Region (NCR) over the next two (2) to three (3) years to support work associated with the upgrade and deployment of Windows 10, Office 2016 and other desktop software for OSFI’s installed base of desktop and laptop systems as well as related sub-projects. This effort is divided into the following five (5) phases.

• Phase 1 - Preparation of the image and deployment package(s)
• Phase 2 -Analysis of the impact of the image on the OSFI infrastructure and application environment
• Phase 3 -Testing of the image / deployment package against OSFI applications, and alteration of the applications or deployment package as required
• Phase 4 - Deployment of image / deployment package
• Phase 5 – Environment stabilization (optional phase if required)

Bidders must submit a bid for all resource categories

The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource

Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #19 applies

Minimum Corporate Security Required: (FSC) Facility Security Clearance - Secret
