 Reissue of a Bid Solicitation

This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number CSPS-RFP-16GH-0734 dated November 10, 2016 with a closing of November 30, 2016 at 2:00 pm. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation.

^{Description of the Requirement}

^{The Canada School of Public Service (CSPS or the School), under the general direction of the departmental Manager, Transformation and, more specifically, within the framework of the departmental Transformation Initiative, requires the services of three (3) Organizational Design and Classification Consultants to assist the Transformation Unit in the delivery of professional and specialist advice and services in organizational design, work description writing and evaluation within the EX and non-EX communities of the School.}

The work is currently not being performed by a contracted resource.

Security Requirement: Common PS SRCL #6 applies

Company Minimum Security Level Required: Designated Organization Screening (DOS) – Reliability

Resource Minimum Security Level Required: Enhanced Reliability

 Applicable Trade Agreements

The requirement is subject to the provisions of the World Trade Organization Agreement on Government Procurement (WTO-AGP), the North American Free Trade Agreement (NAFTA), the Canada-Chile Free Trade Agreement (CCFTA), the Agreement on Internal Trade (AIT), the Canada-Peru Free Trade Agreement (CPFTA), the Canada-Columbia Free Trade Agreement (CColFTA), and the Canada-Panama Free Trade Agreement (CPanFTA).

Proposed period of contract

One (1) contract will be awarded for one (1) year from date of contract award with an irrevocable option to extend it for one (1) additional one-year period.
