The main objective of this contract is to produce a report that will present a path forward for lower carbon fuels deployment (first generation biofuels, advanced biofuels, and renewable natural gas) in Canada based on in-depth analysis of the forward looking market, environmental and policy landscape. Analysis will be conducted based on the information currently available coupled with reasonable assumptions of future policy and market developments, and consultation with stakeholders.
