* Amendment 01: Third floor plan to include hallway
.1 Work as it relates to this Contract is comprised of the level 2 and level 3 biohazard cleaning procedures of Lab wing at the LCDC Building.
.2 The intent of this project is to disinfect and sterilize the area allowing for a change in the use of the facility (i.e., to office use).
.3 The work will occur between March 1, 2017 and March 31, 2017.
.4 The 3rd floor consists of 153.9m2 (1,656.6 ft2) CL3 lab space and 661.54m2 (7,120.8 ft2) of CL2 lab space. The 3rd floor consists of 265.68 m2 (2,859.8 ft2) of hallway space including the elevator lobby. The 2nd floor consists of 11.93m2 CL2 (128.4 ft2) lab space. The ground floor consists of 135.46m2 (1,458.1 ft2) CL2 lab space.
.5 The work includes duct cleaning (first 10’ from lab) for CL2 and CL3 labs, removal of all duct filters and flushing the drain lines.
