CCG requires a Concept of Analysis (COA) be developed to determine and then assess a number of possible procurement options to achieve an optimal mix, number, and sequencing of vessels for the upcoming Fleet Renewal Plan 2017 as it continues to modernize its fleet. This analysis is to be framed on the basis of Operational Effectiveness versus Total Cost of Ownership.
SOLUTIONS Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZN-15TSSB who qualified under “Tier 1”
