Fit-up Accommodations, Office and Garage Buildings

SCOPE OF WORK / DELIVERABLES:

The scope of work consists of the furnishing of all plant, labour, equipment and material for this Fit-up Accommodations, Office and Garage Buildings construction at Gimli, MB. The project is to be completed in strict accordance with the specification and accompanying drawings, and subject to all terms and conditions of the Contract.

In general, work under this contract consists of, but will not necessary be limited to, the following:

1. Relocation of Garage Building - The Contractor shall relocate 24 feet by 24 feet garage to the new foundation approximately 20 feet away.
2. Office Building - The Contractor shall finish and fit-up the Office building with Offices, Kitchenette / Meeting Room, Gear Storage Room, washroom and Shower Rooms, equipped and finished, for occupancy as an office as per detailed plans and spec.
3. Crew Accommodation Building -The Crew Building is intended to provide all the usual accommodation requirements for a crew of four Search and Rescue staff stationed at the facility full-time, 24 hours a day / seven days a week . The building will be occupied from April to November. The Contractor shall finish and fit-up the Accommodation Building with bathroom(s), kitchen and three bedrooms, equipped and finished, for occupancy as a dwelling as per detailed plans and specifications.

Start Date: Upon contract award.

Completion Date: March 31, 2017
