Request for Proposals (RFP) –Leadership Development Programming

Scope of Work: FCC is seeking an external partner (or partners) to develop and deliver leadership development programming to FCC, that will be modelled after FCC’s existing program for new managers, which includes the following components:
- assessment
- coaching
- face-to-face learning
- learning reinforcement
FCC will expect the successful partner (or partners) to have the capability to provide end-to-end delivery of the program, through displaying the following competencies:
- A track-record of successfully delivering transformational learning experiences to its clients
- Ability to provide support to participants and deliver the programs in both official languages
- Knowledge and demonstrated experience in psychometric instruments, personal change dynamics, team building, organizational development, leadership development, and coaching

- RFP issue date: January 23, 2017
