    STATEMENT OF WORK

    BACKGROUND

    The Materiel and Assets Management Directorate (MAMD) modernization project has recognized the need for a software tool that would enable them to better manage procurement cases in a user-centric, collaborative and transparent manner. In line with Public Service and Procurement Canada (PSPC) recommendations, MAMD intends to establish a Case Management Solution (CMS) using the Microsoft (MS) Dynamics CRM platform.

    OBJECTIVE

    The purpose of this mandate is to develop a Case Management System for the MAMD directorate using the Microsoft (MS) Dynamics CRM platform.

    SCOPE OF WORK

    The Contractor shall (but not limited to):

    • Analyze requirements and prepare functional and technical design documentation;
    • Design and prototype various options for managing procurement cases;
    • Develop, Configure, Customize Deploy Microsoft Dynamics CRM for Case Management,
    • Create interface between MS Dynamics CRM to SAP/MM and GroupWise;
    • Implement solutions
    • Provide training material for Director, Manager, Team Leaders, Procurement officers, and Technical staff
    • Prepare technical documentation

    DIAND will require the services of two individual Contractor Resources in total on an “As and When required basis”.
