MECHANICAL SERVICES FOR THE NCC IN OTTAWA ON, GATINEAU QC

The National Capital Commission (NCC) is seeking to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) for a period of three years from date of award for the services of a contractor on an “as and when needed” basis for miscellaneous Mechanical services for maintenance and remedial maintenance repair of a range of building system including HVAC, furnace, boiler, other mechanical and general maintenance and service calls in the National Capital Region (Quebec and Ontario lands). The goal of this project is to schedule inspections and calibrations of the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning complete with HVAC control components, general service calls and emergency response calls on pre-arranged hourly rate for equipment and crews.

More than one Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) may be awarded as a result of this request for proposals. The resulting SOA(s) will be for a period of three (3) years from date of award.

To be considered, your tender must be received no later than 3 p.m. Ottawa time on March 14, 2017 at the National Capital Commission, 2nd Floor Security Centre, 40 Elgin Street in Ottawa, Canada, K1P 1C7, with a reference to tender file #NR87. To ensure consistency and quality of the information provided to all Proponents, the Senior Contract Officer shall examine the content of the enquiry and shall decide whether or not to issue an amendment. All enquiries and other communications related to this proposal sent throughout the solicitation period are to be directed ONLY to the Senior Contract Officer named above. Non-compliance with this requirement during the solicitation period can, for that reason alone, result in disqualification of a proposal.

Note that amounts quoted in this RFP are in Canadian dollars. Payment is net is 30 days.
