Description of Work:
Health Canada requires the services of one (1) SAP – ERP Functional Analyst at the intermediate level 3 to support the transformation of Integrated Operational Planning process to SAP BPC (Budgeting, Planning and Consolidation) functionality in support of Planning for Enterprise Performance (PEP).
The purpose of this project is to enhance the delivery of integrated financial information for financial planning, decision making and reporting. The intent is to improve the quality of the financial information, the financial planning time cycle and the accuracy of forecasts by implementing analytics capabilities.
Health Canada requires a functional resource with experience in Embedded Budgeting Planning and Consolidation (BPC), IP (Integrated Planning), a BW (Business Warehouse) to support the PEP project.
The resource will facilitate the business transformation and functional development of the PEP project and will provide ongoing advice, coordination and support to the FIRMS (Framework for Integrated Resource Management System) functional teams with solution design to support the above.
The resource will work in close cooperation with the Framework for Integrated Resource Management System (FIRMS) Team Leads and the Chief of the FIRMS Section (functional), PEP Project Manager for the phased functional implementation, including unit and user acceptance testing, functional documentation and stabilization and support.
The resource will have to liaise with the other PEP stakeholders within Health Canada including Resource Management, Operations and Financial Planning.

- The Contractor/Offeror MUST NOT remove any PROTECTED information or assets from the identified work site (s), and the Contractor/Offeror must ensure that its personnel are made aware of and comply with this restriction.
- Subcontracts which contain security requirements are NOT to be awarded without the prior written permission of CISD/PWGSC.
- The Contractor/Offeror must comply with the provisions of the:
- Security Requirements Check List and security guide (if applicable), attached at Annex C;
- Industrial Security Manual (Latest Edition).
