Description of Work:

Database Management and Support

Fisheries and Oceans Canada (DFO) requires the services of three Programmer Analysts (Level 3) to provide functional assistance with the potential upgrade and testing of the following Oracle Financials modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, Project Costing and Fixed Assets as well as database management and support, along with development work in support of DFO’s various Financial and Material Management Systems and interfaces.

The resources will also be required for database management and support, along with development work in support of the department’s various Financial and Material Management Systems and interfaces and to provide with any necessary upgrades and major modifications to the software and/or interfaces and implementation projects.

Task authorizations will be issued for all work on an “as and when required basis”.

• The work is currently being performed by contracted resources
