Physician Services – RCMP, Winnipeg, Manitoba

The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) has a requirement for the services of one Occupational Health Physician to provide on-site occupational health services to the RCMP in ‘D’ Division, Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Physician must be licensed as a Physician in the Province of Manitoba or registered within another province or territory with eligibility for securing a Manitoba License; is in good standing with the Provincial College of Physicians and Surgeons; is an experienced practitioner with at least two (2) years of experience; and qualifies for an RCMP Top Secret security clearance. The contract will be from date of award to March 31, 2018, with two additional 6 month option periods.

EVALUATION PROCEDURES - Bids will be assessed in accordance with the entire requirement of the bid solicitation including the mandatory/point-rated technical and financial evaluation criteria. An evaluation team composed of representatives of Canada will evaluate the bids.

BASIS OF SELECTION - A bid must comply with the requirements of the solicitation and meet all mandatory technical evaluation criteria to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the highest combined rating of technical merit (60%) and price (40%) will be recommended for award.

There is a security requirement associated with the requirement.

The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.
