Description of Work:
This Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is for additional resources to the NRCan National Service Desk. Although based at one main location at 580 Booth St. in Ottawa, resources will be required at various locations across Canada. Telephone support is provided via a virtual phone system and onsite support is provided by local technicians. The majority of this requirement will be for phone support; however some resources may be required to provide onsite desk-side support as necessary.
Mandatory Requirement(s):
Bidders must have the capability of providing resources in all of the following regions:
Fredericton, NB; Dartmouth, NS; National Capital Region; Quebec, QC; Sault Ste. Marie, ON; Edmonton, AB; Vancouver, BC
