    201704368 – A+E – Pelican Narrows Detachment

    REQUIREMENT: The purpose of this project is to design and construct a new police detachment facility to meet the RCMP’s program requirements on a building site secured and already owned by the RCMP in Pelican Narrows, Saskatchewan.

    The new RCMP detachment facility to be constructed in the Community of Pelican Narrows, Saskatchewan which would be comprised of approximately 924 M2 of finished space plus a detached storage garage building of approximately 60 m2.This new facility will replace existing policing facilities that no longer meet the operational requirements for the provision of policing services which will be demolished as part of this projects scope.

    DELIVERY DATE: Tender ready documents must be complete on or before February 16, 2018 and post construction work to be completed by June 2020
