Description

DFATD requires professional real estate services with the aim of selling one (1) commercial property in Cairo, Egypt. The Proponent must have a permanent office in Cairo, Egypt. The Proponent must have provided realtor services within Cairo, Egypt for at least the past five (5) years from the bid closing date of this RFP (A7) and have completed a minimum of ten (10) property transactions in this area during this time.

There will be a mandatory site visit will be held at 26, Kamel El Shenawy Street on March 22, 2017, commencing at 10:00 am local Cairo time. An additional site visit date is scheduled for Thursday, March 30th at 10 am Cairo time.
