    TASK Based Professional Services (TSPS) Requirement

    This requirement is for the Royal Canadian Mounted Police

    This requirement is open only to those Supply Arrangement Holders under E60ZN-15TSPS/ who qualified under Tier “1 ”, Stream 5. Technical, Engineering and Maintenance Services.

    This requirement is open only to those invited TSPS Supply Arrangement Holders who qualified under the following three categories:

    1. 5.4 Professional Engineer – Senior – one resource
    2. 5.6 Textile Technologist – Senior - one resource
    3. 5.7 Personal Protection Equipment Technologist – Senior – one resource

    The following SA Holders have been invited to submit a proposal.

    Description of the requirement:

    The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP), Contract and Aboriginal Policing services require professional services of one Professional Engineer, one Textile Technologist and one Personal Protection Equipment Technologist on an as required basis. The resources will research and prepare specifications on use of force police equipment for different types of projects.

    The Crown retains the right to negotiate with suppliers on any procurement.

    Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.

    Security Requirement:

    The Contractor’s resources are required to be security cleared at the level of Facility Access as verified by the Personnel Security Unit (PSU) of the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP).

    Proposed period of contract:

    The proposed period of contract shall be from contract award for a one year period. The Contractor grants to Canada the irrevocable option to extend the term of the Contract by up to four (4) additional one (1) year period(s) under the same terms and conditions
