    Description

The Canadian Foreign Service Institute (CFSI) at the Department of Foreign Affairs, Trade and Development (DFATD) provides learning tools and courses designed to foster knowledge and skills which enable employees to pursue the mandate of the Department more effectively in all areas. CFSI provides professional development, official and foreign languages training, corporate services and intercultural effectiveness training to employees within DFATD and from other government departments being posted to Canadian missions abroad.

The Supervision at the Mission course is based on the Department's leadership profile which is broadly in line with the Federal Government's leadership profile.
