IN-SITU SITE REMEDIAL SERVICES

Invitation

The National Capital Commission (NCC) is calling for Technical & Financial Proposal(s) from remediation contractors to provide in-situ site remediation services at two independent contaminated sites within the National Capital Commission’s Greenbelt in Ottawa, Ontario. Work under this Contract includes:

1. In-Situ Activated Carbon Adsorption with Enhanced Bioremediation and/or Chemical Reduction to remediate soil and groundwater impacted with Volatile Organic Compounds at NCC Parking Lot P19 located on Leitrim Road, west of Ramsayville Road in Ottawa, ON (P19 Leitrim Road); and,

2. In-Situ Activated Carbon Adsorption with Enhanced Bioremediation and/or Chemical Reduction to remediate soil and groundwater impacted with Petroleum Parameters (BTEX and F1-F4 Petroleum Hydrocarbons) at 16 Tauvette Street, Ottawa, ON. The in-situ remedial program at 16 Tauvette Street may be combined with source removal by excavation, if desired.

Please note that one Contract (for the two sites) or two Contracts (one per site), may be awarded as a result of this Request for Proposal. Basis of Award will be based on the lowest compliant offer per site

A non-mandatory site visit for 16 Tauvette has been scheduled for Wednesday, March 29^th, 2017 at 10am, EDT. Bidders can enter the site from 2389 Pépin Court. https://goo.gl/maps/GJZoNYimVaP2 . If there is still a lot of snow, bidders will have to park beside the red barn and walk to the remedial area.
